In April, we shared an important update: our practice has a new name, Helios Specialty Healthcare. In late 2024, Sound Health Services joined Urology of St. Louis and Neurosurgery of St. Louis to grow into one of the region’s largest physician-owned specialty enterprises.

Helios Specialty Healthcare is independently owned by physicians, not by a hospital system or private equity. The doctors who care for you are the people who make the decisions about your care, not outside investors or a corporate parent. That independence is something we’re proud of, and it’s why our practices came together under one name.
