Important Notice to Our Patients

Closure and Relocation of Helios Sound Health Services on St. Luke’s Hospital Campus

We want to inform you that our Helios Sound Health Services (formerly ENT Associates) office on   St. Luke’s Hospital campus will be closing and relocating before the end of the year. This change is occurring because St. Luke’s Hospital has chosen not to continue leasing clinical space to us at our current location. Our ENT physicians still have surgical privileges to perform surgeries at St. Luke’s Hospital.

Helios Sound Health Services would like to be clear that we fully intended to remain at St. Luke’s and actively explored every reasonable path to continue providing care on the hospital campus. As an independent specialty practice, we understand that healthcare systems may encourage patients to stay within their own networks. Our priority, however, is ensuring that patients know they have the right to continue care with physicians and providers they know and trust. We sincerely hope that our St. Luke’s patients feel empowered to choose specialists who best meet their needs, without experiencing pressure to seek care elsewhere.

What This Means for You

Although our office location at St. Luke’s will close, our physicians, providers, and staff will continue to care for patients at our new Chesterfield location by the end of this year. Your care team is not changing—only our physical office location.

Our New Office Location

For any appointments in late December 2026 and beyond, patients will see our physicians and providers at our new Chesterfield office located only 1.5 miles from the St. Luke’s campus. You will enjoy easy access to our first-floor office and ample parking near the building entrance, making your experience much more convenient than on a hospital campus.
