Dr. Kate Brown completed her undergraduate degree in communication sciences and disorders at Kansas State University. She earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and completed a clinical fellowship at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston. Dr. Brown is licensed in both Missouri and Illinois.
Her clinical areas of interest include hearing aid dispensing, auditory processing, and diagnostic audiology. Dr. Brown believes that all sounds are worth hearing—from birdsong to distant thunder. Missing out on conversation is only one piece of the rich symphony of sound that makes up daily life and no one should miss a note. She has worked in several Sound Health divisions and currently sees patients in our Kirkwood offices. In her spare time, Dr. Brown spends time taking her kids to swim and music classes, hiking in national parks, cheering on the Cardinals and enjoying the occasional 5k run around St. Louis.
