COVID-19 Update:
Sound Health Services, P.C. is now offering Telemedicine for our current patients. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we understand the need for a patient to have the ability to access their physician without having to come into the office. Our new TeleMedicine App will allow you to do just that.
NEW Telemedicine:
With a few pieces of information provided by the patient, our physicians can conduct a virtual appointment and address any concerns a patient may have without leaving the house.
- When calling the office to schedule a Telemedicine appointment, please make sure that we have your current email address and phone number on file.
- Once that is done our staff will send you an invite to register for the Patient Portal.
- You must register and log into the portal for activation within 72 hours of receiving the link.
Accessing your Virtual Portal for Telemedicine:
There are 2 ways to access your virtual appt.
Once you have fully registered with the portal, you will receive an email with instructions to follow. You can join the telemedicine appointment through the patient portal, or you can download the Pocket Patient App.
You will need a WiFi connection as well as audio/visual capabilities. You can use your IPad, IPhone or desktop with webcam for these appts.
